Responsibilities include managing receivables, preparing monthly reports, assisting with job-cost tracking, AR invoicing, subcontractor billing, and reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
• 4+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience with financial analysis.
• Construction accounting experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills across multiple departments.
• Proactive, adaptable team player.

Responsibilities

• Manage and input all receivables invoices and ensure timely monthly reporting.
• File taxes for Wyoming jobs and required paperwork to finalize jobs.
• Collaborate with project managers for accurate job-cost tracking, AR invoicing and subcontractor billing.
• Input Subcontractor Pay Estimates into accounting system and create spreadsheet from invoices.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations for month-end and year-end.
• Audit support and internal control management.
• Conduct regular audits and recommend corrective actions.

How you’ll spend your time as a Staff Accountant:

• Manage and input all receivables invoices and ensure timely monthly reporting.


• File taxes for jobs in Wyoming and all paperwork required from Wyoming to finalize jobs with the stat


• Collaborate with project managers to manage accurate job cost tracking, AR invoicing and subcontractor billing
