Job summary

The Exchange in Dallas, TX is seeking a hands-on Accounting Supervisor to lead our accounting staff and ensure accurate financial processes. This onsite role at HQ focuses on supervision, training, and timely financial entries in accordance with standards.

You should have at least 3 years in accounting (or a BA in accounting or related field with 1 year experience). Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required, and familiarity with RMDS or IGLAS is preferred.

• Onsite work at HQ Dallas, Texas; remote not authorized.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and professional development for accounting staff.
• Oversees and monitors work activities to ensure accurate recording of financial data within the organizations accounting systems.
• Manage the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
• Oversees the preparation, coding, and distribution of accounting entries in compliance with established standards and ensures the generation of required financial reports.
• Analyze financial statements to identify trends, variances, and compliance issues, and provide actionable feedback.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from internal and external customers.
• Provides training and development to associates.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
