Job summary

Foot Locker is seeking a System Support Analyst for our Financial Service Center at the Camp Hill, PA Corporate Office. The hybrid role requires three in-office days per week, typically Tue–Thu. You will maintain store and non-store master data and prepare internal reporting for the global store fleet.

A strong candidate has analytical and problem-solving skills and communicates effectively across the organization to validate data. This role supports Finance systems in Accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; or 1–3 years related experience.
• Degrees in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Economics, Information Systems/Information Technology, or similar
• Intermediate Excel skills preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.
• Demonstrates problem solving skills and proactive decision making.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and timely store and non-store master data (opening, closing, status, etc.).
• Generate and run normal and ad-hoc reporting for master data needs.
• Coordinate with General Ledger to ensure account balances are cleared on changes.
• Communicate issues and escalate when applicable.

Foot Locker, Inc. is hiring a System Support Analyst to join our Financial Service Center (FSC)! Reporting to the Manager of FSC System Support, this position will support systems through administrative level tasks and update/maintain system configuration across Finance systems supported in our Accounting Department. Your primary responsibility will be to perform and support maintenance for store and non-store master data, and you’ll be responsible for preparing internal reporting on the company’s global store fleet. A strong candidate has excellent analytical and problem solving skills and must effectively communicate across numerous areas throughout the company to gather and validate master data.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining accurate and timely store and non-store master data (opening, closing, status, etc.) within our database
  • Maintain accurate store addresses, tax rates, market areas, mall codes, and time zones
  • Add, close, and maintain all warehouses, non-store locations, and cost centers
  • Responsible for the setup and maintenance of all Franchise, Special Center, and Special Event locations
• Generate and run normal reporting along with any ad-hoc reporting requests needed for store and non-store master data
• Coordinate communication of all new and closing stores with the General Ledger team to ensure that account balances are cleared
• Communicate issues and escalates, when applicable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Degrees in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Business Analytics Economics, Information Systems/Information Technology, or similar
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience
• Some experience in accounting or bookkeeping is preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at intermediate level is preferred
• Strong ability to communicate, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills – needs to be able to accommodate multiple tasks and handle changing workload and priorities
• Demonstrates problem solving skills
• Strong drive to achieve, highly motivated and ambitious team player
• Proactive nature, ability to assess situations to determine necessary escalation for decision making
• Must be detail oriented
• Ability to communicate with associates, globally
• Must be able to work well with fellow associates and be an integral part of the team

Benefits

The annual base salary range is $72000 - $85000 / year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below:
