Position Overview:

Barwick Banking Company is seeking an entry level accounting specialist to support the daily financial operations of Barwick Bank and ensure accuracy, compliance and timely processing of accounting transactions. This is a great opportunity for a motivated accounting professional who enjoys accuracy, reconciliation work, and contributing to the financial integrity of a mission-driven organization. This role is ideal for individuals beginning their accounting career who are detail oriented, organized, and eager to learn within a community focused banking environment.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Perform daily account reconciliations and maintain accuracy of general ledger accounts.
• Process and review general ledger entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Research and resolve account discrepancies and exceptions.
