Job summary

Integrated Specialty Coverages, LLC (ISC) is seeking an accounting clerk to provide essential support to the accounting department. You will report to the accounting supervisor and work in the office, with possibility of hybrid.

Responsibilities include processing broker payables, posting journal entries, reconciling accounts, handling customer service via phones and emails, and supporting month-end close. A high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years in accounting are required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 year in Accounting experience.
• 1–3 year utilizing Microsoft Office and/or digital CRM software.
• Experience posting Journal Entries.
• Experience with Accounts Payable.
• Customer Service – phones and emails.
• Experience with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Pay Broker payables within online banking Platform.
• Post Broker payables within Accounting Platform.
• Mail ITCs.
• Review registers for aged balances.
• Assist with Accounting Inboxes.
• Customer Service – phones and emails.
• End of month duties, such as bank reconciliation & auditing AJEs.
