VonLehman is seeking an experienced bookkeeper to join our team as an Accounting Specialist. We offer career progression, parental leave and a full benefits package in a fun, collaborative, smart casual environment with an on-site Café and advanced technology.

The role involves handling accounts payable/receivable, cash management, payroll assistance, fixed asset tracking, and assisting with client financial statements and CAAS projects, with Bill.com used for AP processing.

Competenze

• Associates degree in Accounting or 2+ years of related accounting experience.
• Experience with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
• Experience or comfort with payroll and month-end close tasks.

Mansioni

• Prepares/records accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other cash transactions.
• Monitors cash and prepares cash reports.
• Assists with payroll.
• Tracks fixed assets.
• Prepares month end customer statements.
• Prepares sales tax returns and CAT.
• Assists CAAS team with client statements.
