We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and dependable Accounting Specialist to support payroll, accounts payable, and general accounting functions for RHI.
The Accounting Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll and accounts payable, along with a variety of general accounting functions. This position maintains payroll and time-and-attendance systems, processes vendor invoices and payments, assists with month-end and year-end activities, supports tax and regulatory reporting, and helps troubleshoot accounting and payroll-related system issues. The Accounting Specialist also serves as an important resource to employees, managers, and vendors regarding payroll, accounts payable, and timekeeping processes.
