Job summary

Bobby Rahal Lexus is seeking an Accounting / Title Specialist to support the Accounting department at 6715 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg, PA. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, day hours, and opportunities for growth within the Team Rahal organization.

The ideal candidate will handle vehicle sales entries, bank deposits, and AP/payments while ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Experience in dealership accounting is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
• Ability to learn dealership software and standard office tools.

Responsibilities

• Process accounting entries for vehicle sales.
• Process bank deposits.
• Post accounting entries for service and parts.
• Post accounts payable and process payments.
• Research errors and make corrections.
• Analyze, research and reconcile accounts and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with state and government regulations.
• Perform accounting and office duties as assigned.

ACCOUNTING / TITLE SPECIALIST

Schedule: Monday - Friday, daylight hours

Rate of Pay: Based on experience
