Job summary

System One, Inc. is assisting a manufacturing company near Tulsa in a direct-hire search for an Accounting Specialist. The successful candidate will work with others who excel in their areas of expertise and support a strong month-end close process.

Responsibilities include journal entries, reconciliations, prepaid schedules, audits support, and process improvements. 5+ years of accounting experience and a Bachelor's in Accounting are preferred; CPA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 5+ years of accounting experience (corporate and/or public accounting).
• Working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting support.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems and strong Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate across teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA preferred
• 5+ years of accounting experience (corporate and/or public accounting)
• Working knowledge of GAAP, general ledger activity, and financial reporting support
• Experience using an ERP/accounting system and strong Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and ability to communicate across teams

Salary: $85K - $115K
