Job summary

Torrecid S.A. is seeking an Accounting Specialist to join our growing finance team in Tennessee. You will work closely with leadership and external partners to ensure accurate financial reporting and robust internal controls.

The role emphasizes month-end close, KPI analysis, and collaboration across AP/AR, GL, and tax processes. A Bachelor’s degree in accounting and advanced Excel skills are required for success in this dynamic, multinational environment.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are expected.
• Experience with tax-related processes is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare journal entries and perform account reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing, including GL reviews.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Conduct monthly KPI analysis and evaluate margins (gross/net).
• Monitor and record employee expenses and reimbursements.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports, budgets and forecasts.
• Act as main contact for external tax advisors.
• Develop reports, analyses, and action plans for Management.
• Assist with occasional administrative and operational tasks.
