Job summary

CFS is seeking an Accounting Specialist in Peachtree Corners, GA for a hybrid role with 1-2 days in the office. You will support month-end close, GAAP reporting and revenue recognition, and assist with NetSuite reporting and system enhancements.

You will gain hands-on exposure to a live NetSuite implementation, working with AP/AR as needed while contributing to meaningful accounting projects and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; candidates without an accounting degree should have 3+ years of accounting experience.
• General accounting experience applying accounting principles in practice.
• ERP experience with NetSuite or QuickBooks or comparable platform.
• Ability to commute to Peachtree Corners, GA for a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close activities and general ledger processes.
• Assist with GAAP-compliant financial reporting and account reconciliations.
• Contribute to revenue recognition and fixed asset accounting activities.
• Support NetSuite-related reporting, setup, and accounting initiatives.
