Job summary

Vanguard Auto Group in North Austin is seeking an Automotive Accounting Specialist to drive back-office financials and inventory accuracy in a respectful, flexible environment. You will own AP, inventory records, floor plans, and wholesale documentation while collaborating with the accounting team.

We require proven franchise dealership experience and proficiency with automotive accounting software; Tekion experience is a plus.

What You Will Actually Do

You’ll be the engine behind our financial and inventory accuracy. Your core mission will include:

• Mastering AP: Process invoices and manage vendor relationships with absolute precision.

• Driving Inventory Control: Stock in new inventory and ensure every vehicle record is bulletproof.

• Managing Floor Plans: Track, reconcile, and navigate dealership financing transactions smoothly.

• Handling Wholesale: Post wholesale vehicle sales and documentation seamlessly.

• Team Collaboration: Bring your expertise to support the broader accounting team as we scale.
