Job summary

Stfrancis is seeking a part-time accounting student to join our Accounting Services team in West Allis, WI. You will assist with reconciliations, general ledger entries, and financial reporting, while maintaining high ethical standards and confidentiality.

The role offers up to 20 hours per week and exposure to ERP and accounting software, with focus on accuracy, detail, and teamwork. Ideal for advancing your coursework through practical experience.

Qualifications

• Currently a bachelor’s level accounting student with minimum junior status or higher.
• Active enrollment in an accounting program or with accounting coursework at an accredited university.
• Proficiency with financial data record keeping, financial reporting, and use of business and financial software tools.
