Job summary

val's services seeks a senior accounting professional to support North American consolidation, technical accounting, and financial reporting. You will prepare accurate financial statements, journal entries, and drive process improvements while ensuring SOX controls are maintained.

The role requires CPA or equivalent, 8+ years in accounting (public accounting preferred), and knowledge of automotive/manufacturing industry accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent preferred.
• 8+ years in accounting; public accounting experience strongly desired.
• Knowledge of automotive or manufacturing industry accounting preferred.
• Experience with financial close, consolidation, technical research, and audit support.
• Proficiency in IT tools, automation, and advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills; ability to collaborate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead process, control, and reporting improvements; update manuals and reference materials.
