Base Salary: $100,000 per year
Expected Total Cash Compensation Range: $140,000 - $160,000 per year

Kruze Consulting provides accounting, bookkeeping, finance, payroll, and tax services to over 750 startups backed by top tier venture capital funds. The Accounting Sales Executive is the first point of contact for prospective clients who have requested information about accounting, tax, and financial services for their venture-backed startup. You will conduct introductory calls and prepare service quotes based on each prospect’s current and projected needs as they grow.
This role is built for someone who understands accounting and finance and wants to put that knowledge to work in a client-facing, commercial role. If you have spent time in accounting, bookkeeping, tax, or an outsourced finance function, and you find you enjoy the client conversations more than the compliance deadlines, this is a way to use your expertise every day without month-end close or busy season. Your credibility with founders will come from genuinely knowing the work, not from a script.

Extended periods of focused, seated computer work – approximately 8 hours a day
