Fond du Lac Dock Spiders invite you to an immersive, hands-on summer internship between Green Bay and Milwaukee. You won’t just watch from the sidelines—you’ll help make the season happen, with opportunities in game-day operations, marketing, ticket sales, promotions, fan engagement, and merchandise.

As an ACCOUNTING & RETAIL INTERN, you’ll gain practical accounting and retail management experience, including cash handling, payroll support, POS operations, and Team Store management.

Responsibilities

• Count, reconcile and assist with deposits from ticketing, concessions, merchandise and other revenue areas.
• Assist with processing game-day staff hours for biweekly payroll.
• Support the Controller and accounting staff with accounts payable, accounts receivable and other accounting functions.
• Become proficient with the Dock Spiders point-of-sale system and assist with troubleshooting and reporting.
• Train and support concessions staff on proper cash-handling and closeout procedures.
• Oversee postgame Team Store reconciliation, including drawer balancing and cash handling.
• Help manage Team Store operations during Dock Spiders home games.
• Fulfill and ship online merchandise orders.
• Provide change and currency to departments throughout the stadium during events.
