The selected candidate will teach a range of undergraduate accounting courses, contribute to program assessment, and participate in service to the department, college, and profession, while pursuing ongoing research.

Qualifications

• Ph.D./DBA in Accounting or closely related field from an AACSB-accredited institution completed by start date or ABD with expected completion before start.
• Proven potential for effective undergraduate teaching.
• Demonstrated potential for scholarly productivity aligned with AACSB standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate accounting courses (e.g., Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Intermediate Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, AIS, Cost/Managerial, Analytics)
• Maintain an active program of scholarly activity consistent with AACSB standards
• Advise and mentor undergraduates and contribute to student success initiatives
• Participate in departmental, college, and university service and assessment efforts
• Engage with the profession and community (e.g., CPA-related activities, internships, advisory boards)
