Qualifications

• Doctorate preferred for tenure-track positions; MBA with accounting specialization or Master’s in Accounting for lecturer roles.
• Professional accounting work experience and CPA licensure are strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated excellence in undergraduate accounting teaching and online instruction.

Responsibilities

• Teach accounting courses across undergraduate and graduate programs (in-person and online), typically 24 credits per term.
• Develop and deliver online course content and curricula.
• Advise students and monitor degree progress; participate in faculty committees and service.
• Engage in scholarship and professional activities; contribute to department and college meetings.
• Provide spiritual mentoring and support for students and colleagues; participate in graduation activities.
