Candidates should hold a Master’s degree or Ph.D. in a related field, have teaching experience, and be proficient with electronic platforms or be willing to learn; evidence of scholarly activity and service is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (M.A.) or equivalent; or related teaching experience
• Doctoral degree (Ph.D.) or equivalent and some teaching experience
• Knowledge of electronic platforms for teaching on-ground or online courses or willingness to learn and use in instructional delivery
• Related professional experience preferred
• Appreciation of different learning styles to adapt instruction
• All degrees must be from a regionally accredited university
• Three letters of reference, resume or CV with credentials, transcripts and cover letter required for application

Responsabilités

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses
• Mentor undergraduate and graduate students
• Participate in the college's assessment program of student performance
• Maintain office hours as required
• Support admissions events as necessary
• Pursue an active research agenda
• Serve as academic coordinator for the degree program if needed
