Role Summary

The Accounting Operations Supervisor leads a team of accounting operations professionals to deliver accurate, timely, and controlled transaction processing and accounting support. This role sets clear expectations, manages weekly execution, and drives impactful process improvements that strengthen performance and the control environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a team through coaching, guidance, and mentorship; set clear expectations and goals; monitor and evaluate performance.
• Lead, direct, and review workto maintain workflow and productivity, including assigning tasks based on skills and expertise and providing clear instructions and feedback.
• Communicate effectivelywith internal and external partners, adapting communication style to audience and situation.
• Explain and reinforce policies, practices, and procedureswithin the area of responsibility; provide guidance to ensure understanding and compliance.
• Make impactful adjustments to procedures and processesto solve problems; analyze current processes and apply process improvement methodologies to enhance effectiveness.
• Solve complex operational issuesby applying critical thinking, using experience, and analyzing broader impacts and the intent behind operating principles.

Required Qualifications
