This is a 100% ONSITE ROLE and we are ideally seeking:

AS or BS in a business field
Minimum of 2-3 years' experience with a financial services company working with brokers/financial statements/capital accounts OR similar experience requiring METICULOUS ATTENTION TO DETAIL
Experience with reconciling (*VOLUME ACCTS)
Experience with broker/dealers a huge plus!
Confidential, professional and strong customer service mentality
Good work ethic and good attendance in work history
Consistent work history without multiple job changes
Strong communication skills with client/customers--orally and written form
Tech savvy and Advanced MS Office, Excel a must
