You will administer NetSuite, design scalable processes, and partner with R&D and operations to support predictable spend and cash flow.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of accounting/finance operations experience.
• Hands-on NetSuite administrator experience.
• Experience building or scaling P2P/procurement processes in a growing company.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end P2P cycle: requisition, PO issuance, invoice matching, and payment.
• Manage PO and invoice issues to ensure timely resolution.
• NetSuite administrator responsibilities: users, workflows, reporting.
• Own internal controls and SOX readiness.
• Collaborate with lab operations, R&D, and clinical teams on purchasing needs.
