Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of accounting, accounting systems, or financial operations experience.
• Experience with financial close, reconciliations, internal controls, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial close and reconciliation platform, including administration, reporting, user access, and workflow optimization.
• Partner with Accounting, Finance, IT, and Audit to streamline processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and audit readiness.
• Review account reconciliations, journal entries, and key accounting processes.
• Help maintain a strong internal control environment and support compliance initiatives.
• Lead and mentor a small accounting team while elevating processes and performance.
• Drive operational improvements that reduce manual effort and improve visibility across the close cycle.
