This role requires TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance prior to consideration and a Bachelor's degree with two years of experience (or a high school diploma with four years). The position involves advising on data entry procedures, accounting reconciliations, and processing payments.

Mansioni

• Provide advice and recommendations on improving data entry procedures, data maintenance, quality control, reviews, policy and instructions and current system Improvement.
• Support Accounts Payable functions including processing payments and vouchers; completeness reviews; invoice rejection tracking.
• Research aged accounts to clear expir dod appropriations; monitor expiring commitments; assist in expenditure adjustments.
• Perform Reimbursable Accounting/Accounts Receivable functions: coordinating funds from OGAs; data entry into accounting systems and tracking database; validating and reconciling systems data.
• Coordinate transfer of funds to OGAs; reconcile with OGA systems; process representational funds payments.
• Record large volumes of daily contract obligations; maintain vendor tables; assist on contract obligations.
