Job summary

Evamor Products, LLC is seeking an Accounting Operations Analyst at the Evamor Covington Office to support Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, deductions, budgeting, product costing, analysis and general accounting.

This entry‑level role requires a B.S. in Accounting, Finance or Business and 1–5 years of accounting experience, plus strong MS Office and Excel skills; MS Dynamics 365 a plus. On‑site role with broad benefits.

Qualifications

• Cost accounting and inventory management preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform journal entries and other close-related tasks and analysis.
• Reconcile account balances.
• Research and address accounts receivable issues, outstanding balances and terms of payment.
• Resolve customer deductions by researching causation and documenting for collections or applying to appropriate expense accounts.
• Process vendor invoices, contact vendors to address accounts payable issues, outstanding balances and terms of payment.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Support audits by preparing schedules.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments and teams with dependencies on accounting processes.
• Proficiently navigate company systems.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

The Accounting Operations Analyst is an entry-level role which will support multiple segments of the accounting department, including but not limited to: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Deductions Management, Budgeting, Product Costing, Analysis and General Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Perform journal entries and other close-related tasks and analysis
• Reconcile account balances
• Research and address accounts receivable issues, outstanding balances and terms of payment
• Resolve customer deductions by researching causation (including working in customer portals), providing documentation for collections or applying to appropriate expense accounts
• Process vendor invoices, contact vendors to address accounts payable issues, outstanding balances and terms of payment
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Support various internal and external audits by preparing supporting schedules
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments and teams with dependencies on accounting processes
• Proficiently navigate company systems
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
