Your Role

We are looking for a hands‑on, experienced Accounting Manager to lead our U.S. accounting operations. You’ll play a key role in financial management, standard costing, project accounting, and intercompany coordination between our Swiss headquarters and U.S. entity.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee all U.S. accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, payroll, and month‑end close
• Manage liquidity, forecasts, and financial reconciliations
• Maintain and improve the standard costing system for cost tracking and reporting
• Lead project accounting using T&M and POC methodologies
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting within SAP ERP
• Coordinate intercompany transactions and reconciliations with the Swiss HQ
• Support external audits and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal policies
• Partner with project managers to track profitability and performance
• Lead and mentor a small accounting team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA preferred
• Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a manufacturing or project‑based environment
• Strong knowledge of standard costing and project accounting (T&M and POC)
• Experience with SAP (cloud‑based ERP) preferred
• Familiarity with intercompany accounting and international coordination
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
