Job summary

Stark Tech is seeking a Corporate Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting and treasury operations, ensuring accurate general ledger entries and timely period closes. You will mentor staff and collaborate with Business Unit Controllers on P&L matters.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting, 5+ years in accounting, and 2+ years in leadership, with strong Excel and ERP experience. US work authorization is required for this on-site position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA preferred.
• Five years of related accounting experience with focus on corporate accounting and month-end close.
• Two years of people leadership experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems and financial reporting apps.
• Experience with banking platforms and treasury management systems preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and corporate accounting principles.
• Experience with month-end/year-end close, reconciliations, assets, leases, accruals, debt, payroll, and financial statements.
• Knowledge of treasury operations, cash management, forecasting, ACH, wires, and internal controls.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, audits, and process improvement.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; pass pre-employment screenings; valid driver's license if travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and treasury/cash operations.
• Develop and manage monthly and period-end tasks and procedures to record transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with Business Unit Controllers on P&L matters as needed.
• Directly supervise and mentor staff/senior accountants.
