Job summary

This role serves as the main internal liaison for tax matters, coordinating with external advisors for multi-state filings, audits, and tax research, while driving ASC 842 lease accounting and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate tax compliance across multiple states.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 842 lease accounting.
• Experience managing real estate and equipment leases.
• Financial reporting with internal controls.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee corporate tax compliance and tax filings.
• Lead lease administration for 25+ operating companies and 60+ locations.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors on multi-state filings.
• Maintain lease accounting schedules and manage ROUs/liabilities.
• Support ASC 842 compliance and lease-versus-buy analyses.
• Partner with Accounting, Legal, Operations, Procurement, and leadership.
