Salary Mid-Point: $125,000 Location: North Hills of PA Job Type: Permanent IFG Pittsburgh is actively recruiting an Accounting Manager to oversee the organization's corporate tax compliance and manage the full lifecycle of its real estate and equipment lease portfolio. This highly visible role serves as the primary internal liaison for all tax matters, coordinating with external tax advisors to ensure timely and accurate multi-state tax filings, regulatory compliance, audit support, tax research, and ongoing monitoring of changing tax laws.

In addition to tax oversight, the Accounting Manager will lead lease administration activities across more than 25 operating companies and 60+ locations, including real estate and equipment leases, lease renewals, contract management, and ASC 842 compliance. Responsibilities include maintaining lease accounting schedules, managing right-of-use (ROU) assets and lease liabilities, preparing related reconciliations and journal entries, and supporting lease-versus-buy analyses and acquisition-related lease reviews.

The role partners closely with Accounting, Legal, Operations, Procurement, and executive leadership to ensure compliance, strengthen internal controls, improve processes, and support growth initiatives, acquisitions, and integrations. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in multi-state tax compliance, ASC 842 lease accounting, financial reporting, and project management, along with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a complex, multi-location environment.
