Job summary

Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. is seeking a senior finance leader to shape and execute the strategy for a large, growing business unit. You will guide team development, design an effective finance organization, and own the monthly close and reporting processes.

You will oversee system governance, drive process improvements, and partner with leadership to support acquisitions and audits. Travel up to 10% is required and a strong background in Power BI is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6–8 years of related experience and 3+ years of leadership.
• Alternative: High School Diploma with 9+ years of specific experience and 5+ years of leadership.
• Master's degree or CPA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and build a scalable Finance organization.
• Lead monthly close, prepare financial statements, and reconcile GL accounts.
• Oversee governance of key systems in VIP: fixed assets, treasury, leases, GL.
• Develop financial reporting tools using Power BI or similar.
• Lead change management and talent development for the accounting team.
• Drive acquisitions integration, process improvements, and audit processes.
• Travel up to 10% and perform other duties as assigned.
