Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC in the Twin Cities seeks an Accounting Manager to lead the Shared Services and accounting operations within a large organization. This role blends technical accounting, financial analysis, and people leadership in an Order-to-Cash driven environment.

You’ll oversee invoicing, cash application, month-end close, and internal controls while collaborating with Finance, Operations, and IT to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience as Accounting Manager or leadership role.
• Strong technical accounting including GL, GAAP, month-end close, variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Accounting Operations / Order-to-Cash team.
• Oversee invoicing, cash application, customer account support, credits.
• Manage month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, reporting.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and IT to improve processes.
