Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CMA preferred.
• 7+ years accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading accounting teams and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and year-end close and financial reporting per US GAAP.
• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, intercompany and intl subsidiary reporting.
• Oversee inventory and cost accounting, costing methodologies, valuations, reserves, variance analysis.
• Ensure practices address government contracting requirements (FAR, CAS).
• Lead ERP/process improvements to strengthen controls and reporting accuracy.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies, internal controls, and financial processes.
