Amrize is seeking an Accounting Manager, Process Improvement in Dundee, MI to bridge Corporate Accounting, SOX compliance and operational finance across sites, ensuring US GAAP compliance while optimizing workflows.

The role requires a CPA, 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience, Big 4 background, and strong ERP skills (SAP ECC/SAC, Tagetik) with advanced Excel proficiency; travel 10–30% is expected.

Formación

• 5–8+ years in accounting, internal control, and assurance.
• Big 4 or top national firm experience auditing publicly traded manufacturing, industrial products, or distribution clients.
• Proven SOX compliance management and remediation experience.
• Active US CPA designation is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end SOX process management and coordination across operational sites.
• Remediate control gaps with local control owners and drive timely closure.
• Rollout and implement new accounting policies with Corporate Accounting into actionable workflows.
• Standardize core accounting & reporting processes across sites.
• Drive continuous process improvement and maintain clear documentation standards.
• Provide practical US GAAP guidance for plant and regional reporting.
