Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking an Accounting Manager for our Outsourced Accounting practice focused on special projects in a hybrid role based in Florida. You will oversee day-to-day client accounting, supervise staff, and lead month-end closes while ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities include planning engagements, budgeting, and delivering multi-project work, with opportunities to develop solutions across services such as tax, audit, and HR IT systems implementations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant accounting, audit and/or financial statements experience.
• Prior supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate client needs and contribute to project approaches for outsourced accounting.
• Plan engagements, budgets and deliverables while managing controls and risk.
• Manage and deliver outsourced controller/CFO projects and oversee day-to-day accounting functions.
• Close month-end and prepare financial statements per applicable standards.
• Research technical accounting issues and formulate resolutions.
