Job summary

Clark Schaefer Hackett is seeking an Accounting Manager, ideally located in Cincinnati or Dayton, OH, to lead one of our Outsourced Accounting teams. In this role, you will manage multiple client engagements, mentor team members, and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.

The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of progressive accounting experience, supervisory expertise, and strong client relationship management skills. Enjoy a hybrid work environment and generous benefits, including 5 weeks of PTO.

• 6+ years progressive accounting experience, CPA preferred.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Public or outsourced accounting experience is a plus.
