Qualifications

• Supervisory experience with the ability to lead, mentor, and develop staff preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
• Proficiency in accounting systems and advanced spreadsheet skills (e.g., Excel).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily operations of the accounting team, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory control, cash receipts, and traffic statistics.
• Manage and maintain the company's accounting system, including developing and improving user procedures.
• Analyze expenditures and provide insights to support decision‑making.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and procedures related to expenditures and asset protection.
• Review and process accounts payable transactions, including cost allocations.
• Support the development of the annual budget.
• Conduct special financial analysis, cost studies, and reports as needed.
• Serve as an authorized check signer and review inter‑bank fund transfers.
• Provide guidance to staff on SQMS disciplines and ensure compliance.
• Take on special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.
