Talentedge Recruitment Limited in New York City is seeking an Accounting Manager for a hyper-growth, multi-site healthcare scaleup. You will own the day-to-day full-cycle accounting function and partner with a seasoned Controller to build a world-class finance team across the US.

Responsibilities include evolving accounting processes, controls, budgeting support, KPI analysis, and automation of AP/AR. CPA or CPA path with NetSuite experience highly valued; ambition and curiosity are a must.

Qualifications

• CPA or CPA pathway with high GPA.
• Full-cycle accounting experience in hyper-growth scaleups.
• Automation-focused mindset to improve tech stack.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day full-cycle accounting function.
• evolve finance infrastructure: processes, controls, systems.
• Support Controller on budgeting, forecasting & KPI analysis.
• Manage AP/AR and automate where possible.
• Assist external accountants with tax filings.
