Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory or lead roles.
• CPA or CMA preferred.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Valid driver’s license with excellent driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Lead month-end and year-end close, ensure accuracy of financial statements, and identify trends.
• Manage payroll processing, certified payroll reporting, and reconcile state and federal payroll taxes.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities.
• Mentor and supervise accounting staff; enforce internal controls.
• Collaborate with the CFO and cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives.
