Beech Valley is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations in Atlanta, GA. This onsite role focuses on leading the month-end close, general ledger integrity, and accurate financial reporting, with NetSuite as a central tool.

You will collaborate with leadership to drive process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and support key financial initiatives. A strong technical accounting background and hands-on NetSuite experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years accounting experience including leadership or management responsibilities.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience managing the month-end close process.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Onsite in Atlanta, GA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee general ledger activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Review financial statements and supporting schedules for accuracy and completeness.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business operations and financial initiatives.
• Maintain and improve accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting procedures.
• Support internal and external audit requests.
• Analyze financial results and provide insights to leadership.
