Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree required.
• Previous accounting management and supervisory experience required.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Strong financial reporting skills.
• Experience with lease-related financial reporting and accounting highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• A skilled, hands-on manager capable of making an immediate impact.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, management, and oversight of accounting functions.
• Lead, mentor, and support accounting team members.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with GAAP.
• Review financial information and reporting for accuracy and completeness.
• Strengthen accounting processes, procedures, and internal controls.
• Communicate financial information effectively with executive leadership and other departments.
• Take ownership of issues and help drive effective solutions.
• Support the continued growth and development of the accounting function.
