Levy Sector in New Jersey is seeking an Accounting Manager to keep our financial world running smoothly. You’ll collaborate with venue teams, turn data into insights, and help shape smart business decisions. If you’re looking to grow your leadership skills, this role is built for you.

You’ll prepare monthly financial reports, support budgeting and forecasting, and oversee AP, AR, and GL activities. The role offers mentorship, real responsibility from day one, and a path toward CPA certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-3 years of accounting experience (bonus points for hospitality/event experience!).
• Confident with Excel + financial systems (ERP experience is a plus).
• A solid understanding of GAAP and strong attention to detail.
• CPA or working toward it is great—but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prep and analyze monthly financial reports so the team knows what’s really going on.
• Support budgeting + forecasting that guide big decisions.
• Help ensure our financial processes stay accurate and compliant.
• Oversee AP, AR, and general ledger activity.
• Jump in on audits + help improve how we work.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team (leadership experience you can grow into!).
