Job summary

Renewal by Andersen of Florida is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee the company’s accounting operations, reporting, and internal controls. You will lead the accounting team and partner with the VP of Finance on budgeting, audits, and financial planning.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership, and proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics and GAAP principles. E-Verify participation is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• At least 5 years of progressive accounting experience with leadership.
• Experience with ERP systems, databases, and financial reporting tools (Microsoft Dynamics).
• Experience with GAAP based accounting principles and financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of AR/AP and accounting processes.
• Ability to analyze and communicate financial information to management.
• Ability to advise on budgeting, P&L, and financial decisions.
• Willingness to undergo a criminal background check.
• Company participates in E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Oversee daily accounting activities and month-end close.
• Lead and develop the accounting team.
• Coordinate external audits and regulatory reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial initiatives.
• Administer company credit card programs and internal controls.
