Autocare is seeking an Accounting Manager in Puerto Rico to lead daily accounting operations and supervise a four-person team. You will partner with the Controller on the monthly close and annual audit, oversee reconciliations, store-level results, and construction accounting, and work with external auditors.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong process discipline and collaboration with treasury, tax, and finance stakeholders across the organization.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close.
• Supervise a four-person accounting team (Senior Accountant, AP/AR Clerk, Accounting Clerk).
• Partner with the Controller on the monthly close and annual audit.
• Oversee reconciliations, store-level results, and construction accounting.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax firm.
• Manage treasury, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.
