Qualifications

• Active CPA license is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Experience in a public accounting firm, preferably audit or assurance.
• Strong corporate accounting experience, ideally at Senior Accountant level.
• Hands‑on experience with accounts payable and full AP cycle.
• Experience with journal entries, general ledger, reconciliations, financial reporting, and month‑end close.
• Knowledge of internal controls, accrual accounting, and variance analysis.
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice review, approvals, coding, three-way matching, and vendor payments.
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and supporting schedules for monthly, quarterly, and year-end close.
• Perform bank, cash, vendor, and balance sheet reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
• Coordinate ACH, wire transfers, and other disbursements while maintaining accurate vendor records and supporting documentation.
• Support financial reporting, cash monitoring, account analysis, and audit requirements.

This opportunity is designed for an experienced CPA who combines a strong technical accounting foundation with hands‑on experience in accounts payable, general accounting, financial reporting, and month-end close. We are particularly interested in professionals with previous public accounting or audit firm experience who have developed solid corporate accounting expertise.

Key Responsibilities
