The ZLC Group CPAs LLC in Amherst, NY is seeking a talented Accounting Manager to lead our firm’s accounting team and deliver tailored financial solutions for diverse clients.

You will oversee preparation of financial statements and tax returns, mentor a team of accountants, and drive growth through strong client relationships. CPA required; 6+ years in accounting with at least 4 in leadership, and a Bachelor’s in Accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA certification.
• 6+ years in accounting, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of accountants and provide guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and tax returns.
• Handle LLCs, S corporations, C corporations, trusts, and multi-state tax matters.
• Provide leadership to ensure firm growth and client service excellence.
• Collaborate with clients to understand needs and tailor accounting solutions.
• Stay current on industry trends and technologies to keep services cutting edge.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and address concerns proactively.
