Job summary

Markent Personnel is seeking an Accounting Manager to join a well-established CPA firm with a hybrid schedule option. The role focuses on client accounting, full charge bookkeeping, payroll, KPI reporting, and dashboard creation across diverse clients.

You will supervise engagement teams, delegate tasks, and participate in business development while maintaining client communications and ensuring engagements stay within scope.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in accounting, with recent time as an account manager or equivalent.
• Understanding of double-entry accounting and US GAAP.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Strong English communication and willingness to travel as needed.
• Proficiency in Excel and at least one accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online).

Responsibilities

• Oversee engagement teams across multiple client engagements and ensure work aligns with scope.
• Maintain client records and prepare month-end packages under US GAAP or IFRS.
• Support budgets, forecasts, and KPI dashboards for clients.
• Manage client invoicing and accounts receivable; supervise staff.
• Provide training and participate in business development activities.
