Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking an Accounting Manager for a hybrid schedule with a well established regional CPA firm. You will oversee client accounting, full charge bookkeeping, trial balance and payroll across diverse clients, delivering timely financial insights.

You will supervise staff, coordinate engagement teams, review work, and support business development with client proposals, while ensuring adherence to US GAAP and engagement scope.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years in accounting with recent manager-level or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of double-entry accounting and US GAAP.
• Bachelor’s degree; CPA license preferred and bilingual not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engagement teams to ensure work aligns with scope and deadlines.
• Delegate duties to Senior Accountants, Staff and Interns with supervision.
• Involve in business development and client proposals; review and train staff.
