Job summary

The Headhunters, LLC. has partnered with a PE-backed Tier 1 & 2 automotive supplier to appoint an Accounting Manager focused on consolidation and month-end close. This new role supports a growing team and reports to an exceptional executive in a hybrid work setting.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of accounting experience, strong consolidation software skills (HFM/Hyperion/OneStream), and a CPA is highly desired but not required. Base salary up to $150k with target bonus and excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years accounting experience with revenues >$500M
• CPA designation highly desired but not required
• Proficiency with large ERP systems including HFM, Hyperion, and OneStream

Responsibilities

• Lead global monthly, quarterly and annual accounting consolidation
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing with reconciliations and workpapers
• Initiate and manage period end processing timelines
• Collaborate with external auditors and consultants for audit documentation
• Participate in special projects to support accounting/finance functions
