Fortinet, Inc. seeks an Accounting Manager to oversee the monthly close and day-to-day accounting operations across entities, including foreign subsidiaries. You will prepare analyses, ensure compliance, and drive automation and standardization improvements to accelerate close timelines.

The role requires strong U.S. GAAP expertise, LP/GL proficiency, and collaboration with global teams. CPA and Big 4 experience are valued, with bilingual skills a plus; authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience in international accounting.
• Strong technical accounting expertise and knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Strong general ledger accounting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Word, Outlook, PowerPoint a plus.
• Oracle experience highly preferred.
• CPA and Big 4 accounting experience highly valued.
• Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Aufgaben

• Supervise monthly close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.
• Prepare quarterly flux analyses of balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Coordinate, review, and approve internal financial reports and deliverables.
• Implement new accounting pronouncements with the technical accounting team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams on projects and transactions.
• Oversee local accounting providers and ensure compliance and timely deliverables.
• Work with international teams to ensure consistent policies.
• Monitor regulatory filings and compliance reporting with outsourced officers.
• Lead process and system automation initiatives in accounting operations.
• Drive standardization projects and accelerate close timelines.
• Assist with ad hoc projects and management inquiries.
