Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP, ASC 606 and ASC 842.
• Proven experience in financial statement preparation and coordination within a professional environment.
• Expertise in cost capitalization, asset impairments, and technical accounting research.
• Ability to manage complex accounting for equity and debt transactions.
• Experience developing and maintaining internal controls and formal accounting policies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify financial risks and opportunities.
• Proficiency in leveraging technology for process automation and accounting efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and external audit teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate quarterly and annual financial statements with schedules and disclosures.
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analyses.
• Serve as liaison with external auditors to support annual audits.
• Develop and enhance accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Apply accounting expertise to revenue recognition, leases, cost capitalization, and impairment tests.
• Manage accounting activities related to equity and debt transactions."
• Conduct technical accounting research and guide ad hoc projects.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to mitigate financial risks.
